Register a new Site

The following assets are used to create a custom home page with index.html and custom registration logic with register.js

Register.js needs to be put in the site's /status/ directory to modify how register plugin works for that site. I put it here to be more easily inspected.

The following frame embeds the registration form that also shows up on the custom home page.
